GENERAL INFORMATION

Above All Fitness, Inc. provides personalized exercise programs, weight loss, fitness, and health education services to adults and children of all fitness levels. Exercise programming is provided individually or in groups in a variety of settings. Such settings include (but are not limited to): our personal training and aerobic studio, homes, worksites, churches, schools, day camps, assisted care facilities, nursing homes, community recreation centers, and senior centers.

Our Mission

Located in Roswell, Georgia (East Cobb), the vision of Above All Fitness, Inc. is to continue to be the comprehensive leader in fitness, weight loss, and health education services in Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Newton, Douglas, and Rockdale counties of Georgia. Our goal is to assist our clients to achieve the results they desire using the latest research in the field of exercise in the safest manner possible.

This vision is being accomplished because we provide our clients with the following: Superior customer service. Quality individualized fitness programs. Highly qualified, competent, and    well-supervised staff. A culture that fosters success, stress    release, and fun for our clients Up-to-date research-based fitness    information.

Our Studio Location

Our private upscale studio offers state of the art strength and cardiovascular equipment. We also have a private group exercise room located next to our personal training studio that offers: yoga, pilates, aerobic dance, group personal training, and a variety of other exercise programs. Registered dietitians are available by appointment to assist our clients with weight gain or weight loss goals. A comprehensive team approach is utilized in helping our client achieve success.

We are located at 910 Marietta Highway, Suite 240 Roswell Ga. 30075.

From Interstates 20 E, 85 or 285: Take any of these highways to 400 North. Once on 400, take the Northridge exit (Exit 6) and drive over the freeway approximately 1.0 miles to Roswell Road. Turn right onto Roswell Road and head toward the historic Roswell downtown square (approximately 2.0 miles). Turn left at the historic square onto Marietta Highway/Loop 120. Go 1.0 mile and on your left in the Coleman Village Shopping Center we are located above the Cleaners and El Porton Mexican Restaurant across from Starbucks.

From 75: Take the Marietta/Roswell/Loop 120 Exit. Follow the signs heading East toward Roswell staying on Loop 120 for approximately 9.0 miles to our studio which will be on your right in the Coleman Village Shopping Center.

Note for East Cobb Residents: We are approximately 2.5 miles east of the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road and Marietta Highway/Loop 120.

Note for Roswell Residents: We are approximately 1.0 miles west of the historic Roswell downtown square on Marietta Highway/Loop 120.

A Little About Our Owner

• M.S. Wellness with concentrations in Aging and Therapeutic Recreation.
• B.S. in Nursing.
• Over 25 years in the healthcare field.
• Over 15 years of personal training experience and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.
• Caring, committed and focused on helping clients achieve results without sacrificing fun and safety. All employees are hired with this philosophy in mind.
• Believes an individual needs to know more than just how to perform an exercise; he/she needs a measurable plan, as well as sound health, diet and fitness information from qualified professionals, to achieve their health and fitness goals most expeditiously.
